We’ll recommend adjustments as needed and confirm the best material, tooling approach, and delivery timeline. For small, simple parts, we can often move from file to shipped prototype in as little as one week.

Before production begins, we meet with you to review and finalise the full project scope, including design, material, quantity, and any special requirements. We clarify expectations upfront so you’re confident in what we’ll deliver and when. This helps avoid surprises and supports faster project execution.

We produce an initial molded sample for your review, using aluminum tooling machined in-house. Our team checks the part against your approved specs for appearance, fit, and dimensional accuracy. If any tweaks are needed, we handle them quickly to stay on schedule.

Once approved, we begin molding your full part order. Thanks to our streamlined workflow, prototypes and low-volume parts can often be shipped within one week.
