Avi Reichental is a 3D printing pioneer and one of the world’s leading authorities on additive manufacturing, industry 4.0 and exponential-tech convergence. He is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Nexa3D and of XponentialWorks, a venture investment and M&A firm that is focused on advancing digital manufacturing, health and, the circular economy.
As the former president, CEO and director of 3D Systems (NYSE:DDD), Reichental led the company for over twelve years, building the largest additive manufacturing market leader. Previously, Avi served as senior executive and officer of Sealed Air (NYSE: SEE) for twenty-two years. Reichental is also the former Chairman of Nano Dimension (NASDAQ:NNDM) and served on the board of directors of Harman International (NYSE:HAR) until its sale to Samsung.
In 2013, he was listed by Fortune Magazine as a top 50 business leader and in 2014 he was named by Popular Mechanics as one of the top 25 Makers Who Are Reinventing the American Dream. His acclaimed TED talk about the future of 3D printing has garnered more than 2.6 million views. He is a member of the XPRIZE board of directors, and a former trustee of the Cooper-Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum.
Ziad Abou is a seasoned Additive manufacturing entrepreneur. He was first to see the potential of AM some 30 years ago when he founded CEP-Protometal, which became the largest French service bureau. In 2010 Ziad sold his company to 3D Systems. As part of 3D Systems Ziad quickly rose through the ranks as a leader and architect of the On-Demand business expansion. Ziad was promoted to SVP of the global On Demand business, and relocated to the United States. After departing 3D Systems in 2019, he advised fortune 500 companies on how to implement and grow additive manufacturing inside their organizations. Seeing opportunities to disrupt and capture share in the expanding ODM and LVM segment, Ziad partnered with Trilantic, a PE firm based in NY, to acquire the assets of the On Demand Business of 3D Systems and create Quickparts.
Brooke is an experienced finance executive with broad range of experience in both public and private companies as well as large and early-stage companies. Brooke began her career in Additive Manufacturing in 2002 in Seattle, WA as the Controller for Moeller Design and Development. She then joined 3D Systems, through the acquisition of Moeller Design and Development. During her time at 3D Systems Brooke held a range of roles in including VP of Finance, supporting multiple business units, including the On Demand Business Unit. Most recently, before joining Quickparts Brooke served as the CFO for Nexa3D in Ventura, California.
Salvador Mikel joined Quickparts in 2022 as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing many years of experience across a variety of technical sales and marketing leadership roles with General Electric, National Instrument and Stratasys. Most recently, Sal led the sales and marketing organizations as Chief Revenue Officer at MakerBot and Stratasys.
Luke Moore is a Technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the Advanced Manufacturing and 3d Printing industry. Luke leads the Software, Quality and Engineering for Quickparts. He has played key roles in the transition of traditional manufacturing processes into the digital space. He brings expertise across multiple functions including Software, Operations, Quality and Engineering. Luke brings a deep understanding of customer requirements and is driven to continuously improving the customer experience through design, technology and software development. Luke has launched new services and technologies globally and created new product, processes and services with various organizations in the digital manufacturing industries.
